To generate logs, do the following:

  1. Open the main console of your Trend Micro Security software. Do either of the following:
    • Double-click the Trend Micro  icon on your desktop.
    • Double-click the Trend Micro  icon on your system tray.
  2. Click the Security Report button.

    Click Security Report

  3. Click See more details.

    Click See more details

    This will display the logs of your Trend Micro Security software.


  4. Select the log that you want to export.

    Select the log

  5. Click Export.


  6. Select the location where you want to save the log file, then click Save.

    Select location

    This will save the log on your computer.
