To switch to a different Trend Micro account, do the following:

Sign out from the account

To sign out from the account, do the following:

  1. On your iOS device, tap Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings, then tap Sign out under Account and Subscription.
  3. Enter your password, then tap Sign out.

    If you forgot your password, tap the forgot password link to retrieve your password.

Sign in using your Trend Micro account

To sign in your account, do the following:

  1. On your iOS device, tap Trend Micro Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Settings, then tap Set up account under Account and Subscription.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro email address and password.
