Learn how to submit troubleshooting logs from your Home Network Security app.

To send troubleshooting logs, do the following:
  1. On your mobile device, open Home Network Security app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Settings.

     

  4. Tap Send Troubleshooting Logs.

     

  5. Take note of the Support ID, then send the logs using your mobile device’s email application.
