Smart Feedback
DESCRIPTION

Trend Micro Smart Feedback shares anonymous threat information with the Smart Protection Network, allowing Trend Micro to rapidly identify and address new threats.

Disabling Smart Feedback prevents the transmission of data to Trend Micro Smart Protection Network but will not impact the ability of Housecall to detect malicious activities.

Network Scan
DESCRIPTION

To detect all of the devices connected to your home network and check them for security risks. The collected data will be automatically removed after 3 years.

DATA COLLECTED

Router IP address
IP address of devices connected to your home network
Public router IP address to client
MAC address (of connected devices)
Hostname
Device OS version (of connected devices)
Weak password check results (of connected devices)
Network information (including Wi-Fi SSID, Wi-Fi encryption settings, TTL data, Open Ports data, UPnP data, WSDD data, MDNS data, Device homepage data, SSL-Certificate data
