Your Trend Micro Toolbar is missing on your Mozilla Firefox web browser.

This issue may happen when you are using 64-bit version of Mozilla Firefox.


If the Trend Micro Toolbar is missing, do the following:

Make sure Trend Micro extensions are enabled

To enable Trend Micro extensions, do the following:

  1. Open your Mozilla Firefox.
  2. On your keyboard, press ALT + T, then select Add-ons.
  3. Click Extensions.
  4. Check if the Trend Micro extensions are enabled. If not, then click Enable.
Check if Mozilla Firefox is set to run always in Private Mode

To check if Mozilla Firefox is set to run always in Private Mode, do the following:

  1. Open your Mozilla Firefox.
  2. On your keyboard, press ALT + T, then select Options.
  3. On the left pane, click Privacy.
  4. Make sure Always use private browsing mode is unchecked.
