IMPORTANT:

Web Guard replaced the Parental Controls feature of the previous version of Mobile Security for iOS. If you still have Network Shield in your app, upgrade your app to the latest version. For complete instructions, click here.

Web Guard allows you to filter content when you are using your preferred browser.

Mobile Security for iOS uses a local Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your device with almost no impact to the network speed. It uses a local analyzer to filter all network traffic from your device when using the Trend Micro VPN. You will see a VPN icon on your device's status bar when Web Guard is enabled.

  • To use other VPN services, you need to disable Web Guard.
  • Manually enable Web Guard when local VPN fails to enable automatically.
