"Subscription Expired" message appears on your Home Network Security

You receive the following notification on your Home Network Security:

“Subscription Expired”

This notification occurs when your Trend Micro Home Network Security has expired.

To keep your network protected, renew your license or subscription via your Trend Micro Account. Do the following:

  1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
  3. Click the Renew Now button next to the Home Network Security Subscription that you want to renew.
    You will be directed to the Trend Micro Online Store to purchase your subscription renewal.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the renewal.
