Know what to do when nothing happens after clicking the Start button on PC Health Checkup of your Trend Micro Security software.
This issue happens when the Platinum Host Service is not started.
To resolve the issue, do the following:
Click the button below to download PCHealthCheckUpFix.exe:Download PCHealthCheckUpFix
- Right-click the PCHealthCheckUpFix.exe icon, then choose Run as Administrator.
- Restart your computer.
If the issue still persists after performing the steps above, reinstall your Trend Micro Security.
