What Is End Of Life (EOL) / End Of Service (EOS)?

End of Life (EOL) marks the date that orders of Mobile Backup and Restore will no longer be accepted. Also, no further enhancements or cosmetic bugs will be fixed. End of Service (EOS) marks the date that the service and support for Mobile Backup and Restore will be terminated. Users will not be able to download their data and technical support will NOT be available after EOS.

 

When will Mobile Backup and Restore Reach Its EOL/EOS Date?

Mobile Backup and Restore will reach its End of Life (EOL) on July 6, 2016 and End of Support (EOS) 30 days after your subscription is expired.

 

Can I Renew My Mobile Backup and Restore Subscription?

No, you cannot renew your subscription after July 6, 2016.

 

Will I Lose My Files and data I have stored in Mobile Backup and Restore?

No, you have until your Mobile Backup and Restore (subscription) account is expired or 30 days after your account is expired.

 

What will happen to the stored files in Mobile Backup and Restore?

All data stored in Cloud Storage will be purged. Make sure that all your files are downloaded before your Mobile Backup and Restore account is expired or 30 days after your account is expired.
