You receive the following error message when you are logging into your Trend Micro Account:

This message occurs when:

  • You mistyped/misspelled your email address or password.
  • You forgot your email address or password.
  • You cannot access the email address you registered.
  • You bought the program through Best Buy or ISP (Internet Service Providers).
