You receive this error message because you still have an older version of your Trend Micro program installed on your computer. This usually happens if the installer you used before came from the Order Confirmation email.
To resolve this, do the following:
- Use the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit to remove all the components of the old version of your program. Follow the steps in this KB article.
- Restart your computer after uninstalling the older version for the changes to take effect.
- Install your Titanium program.
