Problem Description

This article shows you what to do when your Trend Micro program does not allow you to log in to valid websites.

Solution

Your Titanium program may block logging in to some websites when there are changes to the site that you are trying to access. These may or may not be related to a malicious activity.

We strongly recommend contacting Trend Micro Technical Support if you encounter the issue. You may also contact the website's admin so they can help check the issue.

You can do either of the workarounds below if:

 -

You are sure that the site is valid.
