Problem Description This article shows you what to do when your Trend Micro program does not allow you to log in to valid websites. Solution Your Titanium program may block logging in to some websites when there are changes to the site that you are trying to access. These may or may not be related to a malicious activity. We strongly recommend contacting Trend Micro Technical Support if you encounter the issue. You may also contact the website's admin so they can help check the issue. You can do either of the workarounds below if: - You are sure that the site is valid. - There is no malicious activity involved. - You need to access the site immediately. Do either of the following: - Add the website (URL) to your Exception list - Disable the Web Threat Protection feature of your Titanium program Add the website (URL) to your Exception list 1. Double-click either of the following to open your Trend Micro program's main console: - Desktop shortcut - System tray icon 2. Click Settings. 3. Click the Exception List tab. 4. Click Add. 5. Type the blocked website on the Add the Address (URL) of a website field, then click OK. The main page will be captured and an asterisk will appear in the URL.
