To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Open your Internet Explorer browser.
- Click Tools, then select Internet Options.
- Click the General tab.
- Click Delete, then click Delete All.
- Click Yes when you are prompted, then click OK.
- Do either of the following:
- For Windows XP:
- Go to the C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder.
- Delete the contents of the folder.
- For Windows Vista and Windows 7:
- Go to the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files folder.
- Delete all the contents of the folder.
- Do either of the following:
- For Windows XP:
- For Windows Vista and Windows 7:
- Type "shell:cookies" in the Open or Start Searchfield, then press Enter.
A window will open with the following locations:
- Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Cookies
- Windows Vista and Windows 7:
- C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies
- Delete the contents of the Cookies folder.
