Solution

Important: This solution applies to EMEA customers only.

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence in product and service delivery, Trend Micro is pleased to announce resiliency enhancements to the HES service by November 27, 2010. The service enhancements will result in faster message processing.

In line with the enhancement implementation, EMEA customers need to ensure that their MX records are correctly configured to point to: “in.mx.trendmicro.eu”.

If configured otherwise (like being directly pointed to in01.mx.trendmicro.eu), the following may happen:

·

Some functionalities of the service may not work properly.

·

You may experience possible service outage if Trend Micro changes A IP address from the backend in the future.
