Note: This solution only applies to Worry-Free Business Security Standard/Advanced 7.0

This article shows you how to generate and collect debug information from your Mac computer.

Solution

Please do the following:

 

 

1.

Open Trend Micro Debug Manager in OS X. To do this, go to /Library/Application Support/TrendMicro/Tools/Trend Micro Debug Manager.app.

 

 

2.

Click the lock to make changes.

 

 

 

 

3.

Enter the OS X user name and password.

 

 

 

 

4.

Switch the status to ON.

 

 

 

 

4.

When asked to clear existing data, click No.

 

 

 

 

5.

Reproduce the defect and click Collect Data. The logs will be zipped to your Desktop.
