To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Type your password in the Password field, then click Next.
Note: Click Forgot your password if you do not remember your password to retrieve a temporary one by email.
- Select the Computer Name you want to replace. By default, the Windows name of your computer will appear in the Computer Name field. To change the information, type a new Computer Name for this installation
Note: You can use any name or description you like, but make sure to select something different from the one you selected above.
For example: My 2nd computer
For Titanium 2013:
For Titanium 2014:
- Click Next.
A confirmation of your registration will appear.
- Click Finish. You have now activated the protection for this computer.
Note: If you have a lot of computers, you can buy additional protection for them by clicking Make another purchase. You can also click Use another Serial Number if you already have another serial number handy.
