Why is Trend Micro ending support for Trend Micro SecureSite (TMSS)?

The decision for TMSS' End of Life (EOL) is based on customer feedback regarding the stability and scalability issues of the product. Trend Micro has now partnered with industry leader Qualys, and with this collaboration, has built a set of valuable features on top of a very robust and scalable service infrastructure.

What does the release of TMVMS mean for Trust Mark customers?

Unfortunately, Trust Mark capability (also known as Website Seal) will not be included in the new service.  However, TMVMS is able to discover system vulnerabilities comprehensively and perform Web Application Scan (WAS), PCI and policy compliance scans.

But if you really require Trust Mark service, Trend Micro recommends our partner Qualys' GoSecure service. For more details, please visit this website: http://www.qualys.com/products/qg_suite/GO_SECURE/.

Trend Micro will refund a prorated part of the TMSS subscription fee for customers who decide not to migrate to TMVMS.
