Problem Description

Learn if you are running the latest version of your Titanium program, otherwise perform an upgrade.


To check if your product is up-to-date, do the following:
  1. Open your Titanium program by double-clicking the shortcut in your desktop or system tray.
  2. Compare the main console with this image:
    Protected | Main Console
If it doesn't match the look of your program's main console then you are probably running an older version of Titanium. You need to upgrade to the latest version.
Important: Upgrading is free if you have an existing valid license. If the license has expired, you have to purchase a renewal before upgrading.
