Problem Description

After installing the Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) Security Server, you can install the CSA or SA using the internal website created during the WFBS Server installation. You can provide users with the internal website address and then instruct them to start the CSA or SA installation.

Solution

To install the CSA or SA using the internal website:
  1. On Internet Explorer (IE), click Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Local Intranet and set the security level to allow ActiveX controls to download the setup files.
Note: IE 64-bit is not supported. You can also use the Security Server's web console. On the password screen, you will see a "Click here" link for client installation.
  2. Go to the IE address bar and type one of the following:
    • If the Security Server has SSL:
      https://<TWFBS Security Server name>:<port>/SMB/console/html/client
    • If the Security Server has no SSL:
      http://<WFBS Security Server name>:<port>/SMB/console/html/client
  3. Click Install Now to start the installation. Once finished, the CSA/SA icon will show in the Windows system tray.
Note: For the installation to be complete, you need to restart the machine to finish installing the drivers.
For Windows Vista, make sure that Protected Mode is enabled. To enable Protected Mode, go to Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet Options > Security.
