Problem Description

This occurs when the libtmcav.dll file is corrupted and was not loaded properly. This may have been caused by a disk failure or other issues.

Important: The products in this solution have reached their End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS). Please upgrade to the latest version of your product:

Worry-Free Business Security Standard (formerly Client Server Security for SMB)

Solution

To resolve the issue, replace the corrupted file with a valid copy:

   

1.

Request a copy of the libtmcav.dll file from Trend Micro Technical Support.

   

2.

Extract the file to the Security Server and replace the existing copies in the following locations:

   
   

..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\pccnt\common

   

..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\pcc95\common

   

3.

Install the Client/Server Security Agent using web or remote install.
