The Pro Services offer you different smart features to optimize your computer’s performance and capture any potential threats—so you are protected while doing online banking, shopping, browsing, and more.

Please follow the steps below to enable the Pro features for Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2010:

Open Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2010. This will bring up the main console window.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If you are not sure how to do this, refer to solution EN-1054448 for instructions.
|
|
|
|
|

At the bottom of the left pane, click the Pro Features button. This opens up the Trend Micro Internet Security Pro Setup Wizard.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

To start setting up the existing Pro features, click Next.
|
|
|
|
|
|

On the System Tuner window, make sure the box beside Tune up your computer automatically (recommended) has a checkmark. This guarantees enhanced performance for your computer.

Click Next. You will be taken to the Trend Micro Vault window.
|
|
|
|
|
6.

In the fields provided, type in your desired computer name and preferred email address and password then click Done.
|

|
|
|
|
|
Note: For your convenience, we recommend using the same email address and password you used to register your Trend Micro product subscription.
