Problem Description Solution To enable or disable automatic updates for your program, please do the following: 1. Open your Trend Micro Internet Security Pro program. This will bring up the main console window. For instructions on how to do this, refer to solution EN-1054448. 2. From the left pane of the main console, click Other Settings. 3. Under Automatic Updates, click Settings. 4. Tick the Automatically check for updates checkbox to enable automatic updates, or remove the tick to disable the feature. 5. Click OK to save the changes to your settings. 6. Close the main console.
