How can I find out if I am running the latest version of my Trend Micro product?

Problem Description

This article shows you how to check if you have the latest version of my Trend Micro program. If you are not running the latest version, you can upgrade your program.

Solution

To check if your product is up-to-date, please follow the steps below:

 

1.

Open your Trend Micro program by double-clicking the shortcut in your desktop or system tray.

 

 

2.

Compare the main console with these images:

 

 

 
  • For Titanium Maximum Security 2012:

  • For Titanium AntiVirus+ 2012:

If the images above do not match your main console, you are most likely using an older version of your program. You need to upgrade to the latest version.

 

Important: Upgrading is free if your license is current. You will need to buy a renewal before upgrading if your license has expired.

 

Click the program and version you are currently running for instructions on upgrading to the latest version:
