Retrieving a forgotten password for Trend Micro SafeSync account
Learn what to do when you cannot sign in to your Trend Micro SafeSync account because you forgot your password.
- Open the Trend Micro SafeSync website.
- Click Sign In, and then click Forgot your password?.
- Type your registered email address and the captcha charactes provided, and then click Retrieve.
- Check your email to retrieve your temporary password.
- Follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
- Sign in to your account with your new password at the Trend Micro SafeSync website.
