Master Password is a key that you register during the first activation of your Password Manager. It is the only password you need to remember when using Password Manager. You use it every time you open the Password Manager console.

The free version does not expire. You can use it continuously but you are limited to 5 passwords and 5 secure notes only. For unlimited passwords and secure notes, upgrade to the paid version.

Password Manager will not erase your passwords and secure notes. You will be switched to the free version and only 5 stored passwords and secure notes will be available. Once you renew, the rest will be enabled again.
No. Trend Micro Password Manager is account based and one license can be registered under one Trend Micro account. It cannot be shared with other users, however, a user can install it on multiple devices using the same Trend Micro Account.

For both the free and paid versions, you can install Password Manager on any number of supported computers or devices (such as mobile phones or tablets). Password Manager supports all of the following operating systems:
- Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10
- Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), 10.11 (El Capitan), and macOS 10.12 (Sierra)
- Google Android 4.4 or higher
- iOS 9.2 or higher
You cannot install the Password Manager extension on your Google Chrome web browser. When clicking Install Extension, nothing happens. This issue occurs on Google Chrome web browser version 58.0.
