Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about purchasing and renewing Password Manager

To purchase Password Manager, do the following:
  1. Go to the Password Manager website.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom part of the page.
    Select the subscription 

     

  3. Select the subscription that you want to purchase, then click Buy Now. This will open the shopping cart.
  4. Read and accept the Auto-Renewal Plan Terms and Conditions, then click Continue Checkout.
    Note: If you do not want to enroll to the Auto-Renewal plan, click the Auto-Renewal Plan ON (details) link. Click No, thanks. I’ll renew my license when it expires and then click Update Cart.
  5. Fill out the Billing and Information page, then click Continue.
  6. Follow the rest of the prompts to complete the purchase. 
To renew your Password Manager subscription, do either of the following:
Renew through the Trend Micro Account page
  1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.

  2. Click Renew Now beside Password Manager.

  3. Complete the Renewal form, then click Check Out.

  1. Click the Trend Micro Password Manager toolbar on your web browser.
  2. When prompted, type your Master Password.
  3. From the pop-up window, click Menu, then click Buy/Activate.

  4. Click Buy Now.
    Click Renew Now

     

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
To upgrade your free version of Password Manager, do the following:
  1. Click the Trend Micro Password Manager icon on your web browser.
  2. When prompted, type your Master Password.
  3. From the pop-up window, click Menu, then click Buy/Activate.

  4. Do either of the following:
    • Click Buy Now if you do not have an activation key.
    • Type in your Activation Code if you already purchased one.
      Click Renew Now

       

    Note: Type your activation key in the following format: "SHZS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX".
  5. Click Activate.
