SafeSurfing allows you to filter content when you are using your preferred browser.

Mobile Security for Android uses a local Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your device with almost no impact to the network speed. It uses a local analyzer to filter all network traffic from your device when using the Trend Micro VPN. You will see a key icon on your device's status bar when Content Shield/SafeSurfing is enabled.

To use other VPN services, you need to disable Content Shield.

Manually enable Content Shield when local VPN fails to enable automatically.

To use the Content Shield / SafeSurfing feature of your Mobile Security for Android, choose any of the following:

Enabling / Disabling Content Shield
Configuring Protection Level

Enabling / Disabling VPN Supported Apps
