"Unable to contact Trend Micro" error message appears in Mobile Security for Android
You receive "Unable to contact Trend Micro" error message from your Mobile Security app:
To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure your device has an active Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/LTE connection and can browse online.
- Try activating again. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
- Restart your Internet connection
- Turn off your wifi or data connection.
- Wait for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Try activating again.
