Getting the message “Premium Services will soon be available in your region” when clicking a support link in my Trend Micro Security program

You get the following message when you click a support link in your Trend Micro Security program:
"Premium Services will soon be available in your region"
This can happen if you are currently residing outside the supported country or regions for Premium Service.
Currently, the Premium Services for Home and Home Office users are available in select countries or regions including North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
