Removing devices from a profile on your Home Network Security app

Learn how to remove a device from a specific profile on your Home Network Security App.

To remove a device, do the following:
  1. On your mobile device, open Home Network Security App.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Family.
  4. Select a Profile/User.
  5. Tap Device.
  6. Tap Manage Devices.
  7. Tap the "-" icon next to the device you want to remove.

Note: Removing a device from a specific profile will list the device under “Unassigned” devices.
