For Online Purchases
If you purchased your Home Network Security product directly from the Trend Micro website, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee.

For Retail Purchases
If you purchased your Home Network Security product from a retail outlet, you may return to the store from where you purchased the product to get assistance. If the refund is not available because the product has been opened and installed, you may return the product to Trend Micro within 30 days from the purchase date.
