Activating Mobile Security for iOS using an existing Trend Micro account

Learn how to activate your Mobile Security for iOS with an existing Trend Micro account.

BEFORE YOU PROCEED:
  • You can only create a Trend Micro account when you register a Trend Micro program. There is no way to create an account without activating an app. If you are trying to activate the Trend Micro Mobile Security without an existing Trend Micro Account, select the option to Create an Account instead of Sign-in.

Activating from a trial version
Activate your Mobile Security by doing any of the following options:
Activate Using the Activation Portal
  1. Access the Activation Portal.
  2. Type your activation code, then click Next.
  3. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
  4. Fill out the required information, then click Next.
  5. Complete the activation by the doing the following:
    • Sign out on your account, do not proceed with the download.
    • Open the app, go to app Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.
Activate using the Lost Device Protection Portal
  1. Access the Lost Device Protection Portal.
  2. Tap Find Now.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
  4. Tap the mobile phone icon to display the list of devices under your account.
  5. From the list, tap on Device Detail.
  6. Tap Enter Activation Code.
  7. Enter your new license, then tap OK.

Extending an expired subscription
Extend your Mobile Security subscription by doing the following:
  1. Access the Lost Device Protection Portal.
  2. Tap Find Now.
  3. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
  4. Tap the mobile phone icon to display the list of devices under your account.
  5. From the list, tap on Device Detail.
  6. Tap Enter Activation Code.
  7. Enter your new license, then tap OK.
