Refunding your purchase of Password Manager

Learn how to cancel your purchase of Password Manager and request for a refund.


If you purchased Password Manager directly from the Trend Micro website, you can request for a refund as long as it is covered within Trend Micro's 30-day refund policy. To request for an order cancellation, do the following:

  1. Go to http://www.findmyorder.com/.
  2. Do any of the following:
    • Enter your order number and password.
      Type your order number and password on the fields provided
      Note: You can check your Order Confirmation email for the order number and password.
    • Enter your email address and the last five digits of your credit card.
      Type your email address and the last five digits of your credit card on the fields provided
  3. Click Find to log in.
  4. Click request a return at the lower right of the page.
    Click request a return
  5. Mark Return All in the Return Request page.
    Tick Return All
  6. Select from the dropdown list your reason for returning the product.

  7. Click Submit to continue.
  8. Verify the following, and then click Submit:
    • Your email address
    • The product
    • The price
    • The quantity that needs to be returned
      Click Submit
  9. Click Accept/Deny Letter of Destruction to read the terms and conditions of the product(s) you wish to return.

  10. Select Accept if you accept the terms and conditions, and then click Save.

    Click Save
  11. You will see the confirmation page.
