"Installation Incomplete... Error code: #0, 1007, 0x000” message appears when installing Trend Micro Security software

You receive the following error message when installing your Trend Micro Security program:

Installation Incomplete - Error code: #0, 1007, 0xe0000000
(Trend Micro 2015 and 2016)
Installation Incomplete Error code: #0, 1007, 0x000
(Titanium 2014)
Installation Incomplete Error code: #0, 1007, 0x000
(Titanium 2013)
"Installation Incomplete
You seem to have a corrupted installer, and will need to replace it. (Error code: #0, 1007, 0xe0000000)
No changes have been made to this computer."
This happens when the installer file is corrupted.
To resolve the issue, do the following:
For Trend Micro 2015 and 2016
Reinstall your Trend Micro program using a new copy of the installer. For instructions on how to install your Trend Micro program, click on your product version below: 
For Titanium 2014 and Older Versions
Download and install the latest version of Trend Micro Security on your computer. For instructions on how to upgrade your Trend Micro program, click on your product version below:
