"Unable to find locale data files" when clicking Online Help on Titanium program

You receive the following error message when you click Online Help on your Trend Micro Titanium program:
"Unable to find locale data files. Please reinstall."
This issue happens if Google Chrome is set as your default web browser. You may also get the error message when you try to open Google Chrome.
To resolve this issue, please change your default web browser to Internet Explorer. Please click your operating system version below for instructions:

Windows XP

  1. Go to Start > Run.
  2. Type "inetcpl.cpl" on the Open field, then click OK.
    The Internet Properties window will appear.
  3. Click the Programs tab.
  4. Click Make default under the Default web browser section.
  5. Click Apply, then click OK.
    You should now be able to open the Online Help page without any issues.
 
Note for Windows XP Users:
On April 8th, 2014, Microsoft formally announced the Windows XP end of support. Because Microsoft no longer fixes issues on Windows XP, it has become increasingly difficult for Trend Micro to keep users safe on this operating system. While our internet security products can be installed on Windows XP, we encourage all of our users to upgrade their PCs to a more modern operating system which will provide greater stability and security. Windows Vista and Windows 7

  1. Click the Windows Orb.
  2. Type "inetcpl.cpl" on the Start Search field, then press Enter.
    The Internet Properties window should appear.
  3. Click the Programs tab.
  4. Click Make default under the Default web browser section.
  5. Click Apply, then click OK.
    You should now be able to open the Online Help page without any issues.
