Can I use my Humyo login account in SafeSync?

Humyo accounts have already been migrated to SafeSync. Learn if you can still use your old and existing Humyo account to access SafeSync.
You can use your old Humyo account to log in to SafeSync.
Before logging in to SafeSync, check your message inbox for your Humyo account email address as we have already provided a new login email address to migrate your account.
If you did not receive this message, you can log in to SafeSync by modifying your Humyo account email address. Modified address means:
  • changing the “@” sign and replacing it with “-”
  • appending “”
For example:
Original email address:
old Humyo email address
Modified email address:
new Humyo email address
Note: You can use the same password for Humyo when you log in to SafeSync. Only the email address is modified.
Once you have your new email address, you can go ahead and log in to SafeSync. Do the following:
  1. Access the SafeSync website:
    Trend Micro SafeSync website
  2. Click the Sign In button on the upper-right corner.

  3. Enter your Humyo login credentials and then click the yellow Sign In button.

After successfully logging in, you will have full access to your files and will be able to download the latest Smart Drive to start synchronizing files into your SafeSync account.
Note: In case you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the login page. Provide your Humyo account email address and the password will be sent to your email address.
