Premium Service Plan
Our Premium Service Plan provides you with expert services to maintain the security of your PC, including:

  • 1 incident of Virus and Spyware Removal Service

Ultimate Service Plan
Our Ultimate Service Plan includes all of the benefits of the Premium Service Plan – plus the support you need to keep your PC, devices and home network running smoothly, including:

    • Assistance with installing, configuring and using any Trend Micro products on your computer

If you have purchased the wrong Premium Service, you have thirty (30) days to refund the incorrect purchase. You should make a new purchase of the service that you need.
  1. After purchasing, you will get an Order Confirmation Email that includes your Service Code/Serial number. Please have this ready.

  3. You will be connected to a Trend Micro Expert that will help you resolve your issue.
You do not need to activate or register the Premium Service that you have purchased. The service is activated at the time of purchase.
You can only transfer a la-carte services, which are our Trend Micro one-time use services. The Premium Service Plan and Ultimate Service Plan cannot be transferred, because it is tied to your product's serial number.
All Premium Customers who contact the Support phone line will need to provide a valid service code or serial number that can be found in your order confirmation email.
Keep your service code or serial number in a safe place. Users may need to go through a verification process to ensure their eligibility for this service.
Only users registered under the serial number or service code can use any of the services included in the Premium Service Plan or Ultimate Service Plan.
