Learn how to use the Parental Controls feature of Mobile Security for iOS.

Parental Controls allows you to filter sites containing content unsuitable for children or teenagers, based on the level of protection that you choose when you are using your preferred browser.

Mobile Security for iOS uses a local Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your device with almost no impact to the network speed. It uses a local analyzer to filter all network traffic from your device when using the Trend Micro VPN. You will see a VPN icon on your device's status bar when Parental Controls is enabled.

Note:

  • To use other VPN services, you need to disable Parental Controls.
  • Manually enable Parental Controls when local VPN fails to enable automatically.
