The username and password used for the WFBS-H console is the same with the ones you used for the Online Registration (OLR) account you created during registration of WFBS-H.
To change the password for the WFBS-H console, you need to change the password for your OLR account. Please do the following:
1. Go to the Online Registration page.
2. Enter the logon ID and password for the OLR account, then click Login.
3. On the My Products page, click View/Edit Company Profile.
4. On the My Company page, click Change Password.
5. Enter the current password in the first box.
6. Enter the new password in the second and third boxes.
Note: The following are the username and password requirements:
- Username length: 4-25 characters

Submit to save the changes.
