Why is my country not listed in the Contact Trend Micro Technical Support page?

Problem Description

When you go to the Contact Trend Micro Technical Support page, you cannot find your country in the Location dropdown menu.

Solution

This happens because the list of values in the Location dropdown menu is determined by the language settings of your web browser.


To make your country appear among the options, you can do any of the following:


Option 1:
Directly access the localized page containing your country.


If your country is located in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), click on the link that applies to you:


    • English - UK 

    • French

    • German 

    • Italian 

    • Russian

    • Spanish 

    • Rest of EMEA


For Australia, New Zealand and other countries outside EMEA, use any of the following links:


    • Australia / New Zealand

    • USA


For customers in China and Taiwan, use the following localized pages:

    • China 

    • Taiwan



Option 2:
Change the language setting of your browser.


Notes:

• To view the list of languages that will make EMEA countries appear among the options, click
here.

• To make Australia/New Zealand appear in the list, please select "English (Australia) [en-au]" , "English (New Zealand) [en-nz]" , "English (United States) [en-us]" or any other non-EMEA language.


On the web browser that you are using, please do one of the following:

    • For Internet Explorer

    • For Firefox 1    

    • For Firefox 2


For Internet Explorer:

1. Open your web browser.

2. Go to Tools > Internet Options.

3. On the General tab, click Languages. The Language Preference window appears.

4. Check the list of languages, then do one of the following:

  • If the languages you need are already on the list, go to Step 5.

 

  • If not, do the following:


a. Click Add.

b. Select the language(s) you prefer, then click OK.

5. To arrange the languages according to priority, select the language, then click Move Up or Move Down.

6. Click OK.

7. Open a new web page or refresh your browser. The new language will now be used.

For Firefox 1:


1. Open your web browser.

2. Go to Tools > Options.

3. Click Content.

4. Under Languages section, click Choose.

5. Select the language you prefer, then click Add.

6. Arrange the language according to priority.

7. Click OK.

For Firefox 2:


1. Open your web browser.

2. Go to Tools > Options.

3. Click Advance.

4. Click Languages.

5. Select the language you prefer, then add it to the list.

6. Move the language to the top of the list.

For Firefox 3:


1. Open your web browser.

2. Go to Tools > Options.

3. Click Content.

4. Click Choose under languages.

5. Select the language you prefer, then add it to the list.

6. Move the language to the top of the list.
