Problem Description

This article shows you where to find the following information on your Trend Micro program:
  • Serial number
  • Program version
  • Scan engine version
  • Pattern file version

Solution

To find your product information, please follow the steps below:
  1. Open your Trend Micro program by double-clicking either of the following:
    • Trend Micro desktop icon
      desktop icon
    • Trend Micro system tray icon
      system tray icon
  2. Do one of the following steps below:
    ProgramSteps
    For Titanium Maximum Security, Titanium Internet Security, Titanium AntiVirus+ / Titanium Smart Surfing for PC: Click ?, then click About.
    For Trend Micro Internet Security Pro, Trend Micro Internet Security, Trend Micro Internet Security for Dell, Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware: Click Help & Support, then click Product Information.
    For older versions: Click Help or About.
You will now be able to see your product information such as your serial number and your expiration date.
For Trend Micro Titanium 2011 products:
