To find your Trend Micro program’s serial number, please refer to either set of instructions below, depending on whether or not you have your program installed on your system:

·         My Trend Micro program is currently installed on my computer.

If your Trend Micro program is installed on your system and you want to find the serial number, refer to solution EN-126655 and follow the instructions appropriate for your product and version.

·         My program is not currently installed or I have lost my serial number.

If you bought your Trend Micro product online, you can check the Order Confirmation email that was sent to you after you completed your purchase.

If you no longer have this email, check your order details at http://www.findmyorder.com/ and typing in the following details:

o        Order number and password

o        Email address and the last five (5) digits of the credit card you used to purchase the program

If you purchased a boxed copy of the program from a retail store, check the inside of the box or packet for your serial number.

If you cannot find your serial number using any of the options above, do the following:

Prepare the following information:

o        Order number

o        Email address

o        Customer name

o        Customer number

o        Scanned copy of the transaction receipt (if your program was purchased from a retail store or other online store)

Send the information above to Trend Micro Technical Support.
