 This article shows you where to find the Trend Micro serial number that you can use for your product.

 

Note: You can use this solution whether or not you have installed the program on your computer.

To find your Trend Micro program's serial number, please click the most appropriate scenario for instructions:

Do any of the following:

If you bought your Trend Micro program online, you can check the Order Confirmation email you received after completing the purchase. If you lost or deleted the email, do the following:

 

 

 

1.

Check your order details at Findmyorder.com.

 

 

 

 

2.

Type either of the following on the fields provided, then click find:

 

 

 

 

  •  

Order number and password

 

 

 

 

 

 

  •  

Email address and the last five (5) digits of the credit card you used to purchase the program

 

 

 

 

  •  

If you purchased your Trend Micro product from a retail store and still have the package, check the inside of the box or packet for your serial number.

 

 

 

 

  •  

If you have registered your program but either of the following happened, you may get the a copy of your serial number by logging in to your Trend Secure account:

 

 

 

 

 

  •  

You can no longer find your order details at Findmyorder.com

 

 

 

  •  

You have already lost the CD sleeve with the serial number printed on it

If you renewed your subscription and received an Order Confirmation email but there are no serial numbers indicated, you can get it from your Trend Secure account when you can no longer find a copy of it.

Note: Your TrendSecure account will list all the subscriptions you have purchased. Use the license that has been extended and appropriate for the program you renewed.

If you purchased your Trend Micro program from a third-party reseller and you have lost the serial number, there is no way to locate or retrieve a copy of the same serial number on your package. It is not replaceable.

 

 

 

If you already checked the package and you are sure that there is no serial number printed on it, do the following:

Check if you bought the product from our valid resellers.

 

 

 

 

 

2.

Prepare the following information:

Scanned copy of the transaction receipt or sales receipt

Scanned copy of the UPC code or Bar Code
