Where can I download the installer file for my 2008 Trend Micro product?

Problem Description

I want to install Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2008, Trend Micro Internet Security 2008, Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware 2008, or Trend Micro Internet Security 16.6 for Dell on my computer. Where can I find and download the installer file for my program?

Note: If you have a CD for your program and want to use it, just insert the disc into your drive, run the installer, and follow the instructions that appear. If you do not have or want to use a CD, please read on.

Solution

Please see below for the links to the installers for the 2008 products. Select the installer appropriate for your operating system.

 

1.

From the Trend Micro product installers below, select the one that matches your product and operating system. This will bring up the File Download window.

 

 

 

Note: You can check for the name of your Trend Micro program on the Order Confirmation email sent to your email address after you purchased your product. If you need to learn how to find out whether you are running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows Vista, refer to EN-1038409. The 64-bit version of Windows XP is not supported by these products at this time.

 

 

 

 

Download the Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2008 installer for:

Windows Vista 64-bit

 

 

 

 

 

 

Download the Trend Micro Internet Security 2008 installer for:

Windows Vista 64-bit

 

 

 

 

 

 

Download the Trend Micro AntiVirus plus AntiSpyware 2008 installer for:

 

 

 

 

 

·   

Windows XP

 

 

·   

Windows Vista 32-bit

 

 

·   

Windows Vista 64-bit

 

 

 

 

 

 

Download the Trend Micro Internet Security 16.6 for Dell installer for:

 

 

 

 

 

·   

Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, and Windows Vista 64-bit

Click Save. The Save As window will appear.

 

 

3.

Select Desktop from the left pane then click Save to start the download.

 

 

4.

Once the download is complete, start the installation process by doing either of the following:

Click Run on the Download complete window.

 

 

 

 

 

 

·   

Go to your computer’s desktop and double-click on the file you downloaded.

 

 

 

 

 

Follow the prompts to install your program.
