Premium Service Plan
 

 

Purchasing a Premium Service Plan gives you an unlimited number of service incidents for product issues and concerns outside of installation and registration, which are classified as Up and Running Services.

 

You also get one (1) Virus Removal service incident and one (1) Security Health Check service incident that can be used anytime within the duration of your service subscription.

Virus Removal Service
 

 

If you have purchased the Virus Removal Service, this includes one service incident that can only be used for removing a virus from your computer.

 

You need to use this within 60 days after purchasing the service.

Premium Installation Service
 

 

If you have purchased the Premium Installation Service, this includes one service incident that can only be used for installing and activating or registering a Trend Micro Home and Home Office product.

 

You need to use this within 60 days after purchasing the service.

Security Health Check Service
 

 

If you have purchased a Security Health Check Service, this includes one service incident that can only be used to review and configure the different product settings of your Trend Micro Home and Home Office product according to your preferences or lifestyle.

 

You need to use this within 60 days of purchasing the service.

Data Backup Help
 

 

Purchasing Data Backup Help gives you one service incident for backing up your data and the installation of Trend Micro SafeSync on a single computer. 

 

This can be used anytime within the duration of your 3-month service subscription.

Data Recovery Service
 

 

Purchasing Data Recovery Service gives you one service incident for the retrieval of your data from your SafeSync drive. You also get assistance in setting up SafeSync on that same computer.

 

You can use this anytime within the duration of your 12-month service subscription.

Data Transfer Service
 

 

Purchasing Data Transfer Service gives you one service incident for the transfer of your files from one computer to another using your SafeSync drive.

 

You can use this anytime within the duration of your 12-month service subscription.
