This article defines service incidents with regards to the Premium Service you purchased.

Solution

Service incidents are the unique cases or instances in which a customer avails of his or her purchased Premium Service.

 

When you purchase the subscription-based Premium Service Plan, you get the following:

 

  •  

One (1) Virus Removal service incident

 

 

  •  

One (1) Security Health Check service incident

 

 

These can be used within the duration of your service plan subscription.

 

 

You also get unlimited service incidents for any inquiries, concerns, or issues not related to installation and registration.

 

You receive one (1) service incident that you must use within 60 days of your purchase when you buy any of the following per-incident Premium Service:

 

  •  

Virus Removal

 

 

  •  

Premium Installation

 

 

  •  

Security Health Check

 

 

For Data Backup Help, you must use your one (1) service incident within 90 days of your purchase.

 

The Data Recovery and Data Transfer Services give you a year to use your one (1) service incident.
