Problem Description

This article provides you with information on the expiration dates of the different Premium Services that you can avail of.

Solution

Each Premium Service has an expiration date. This is the last day you can avail of the service you purchased.

If you have purchased a Premium Service Plan, the service's expiration date is tied to your product's expiration date. This means that your service plan expires when the subscription for your Trend Micro Home and Home Office product expires.

Per-incident services are not associated with your program's expiration date. Instead, you are given a subscription period to use the service incidents you purchased. Once the period has passed, the service will be forfeited.

Check the table below for the subscription period of each Per-incident service:

Service Name

Subscription Period

  Virus Removal 60 days
  Premium Installation 60 days
  Security Health Check 60 days

Data Backup Help

Data Recovery Service

12 months

Data Transfer Service
