Refer to this solution: Important files to back up before upgrading to WFBS 5.0 2. Do one of the following: • Insert the installation CD on a disk drive. • Download the installer from the Trend Micro Update Center, then unzip the file. 3. Click Next when you see the Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for Trend Micro Installation screen. 4. Accept the license agreement terms then click Next. The setup detects that you have a previous version. 5. Click Next to upgrade. 6. When the upgrade is finished, do one of the following: • Read the readme file. • Open the WFBS console. 7. Click Finish.
