Problem:

Uninstalling the Trend Micro Security Server does not uninstall agents. Administrators must uninstall or move all agents before uninstalling the Trend Micro Security Server.

Important: Uninstalling Trend Micro Security Server also uninstalls the Scan Server.

Solution:

To remove the Trend Micro Security Server, please do the following:

1. On the computer you used to install the server, click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

2. Click Trend Micro Security Server.

3. Click Change/Remove. A confirmation page appears.

3. Click Next.

Master Uninstaller, the server uninstallation program, prompts you for the administrator password.

4. Enter the administrator password, then click OK.

Master Uninstaller now starts removing the server files. A confirmation message appears after the Security Server has been uninstalled.

5. Click OK to close the uninstallation program.
