To resolve this issue, please do any of the following:

If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version by selecting your program below:

If the issue persists after the upgrade or if you are already running a 2010 version, do the steps below:

Download the Interrupted_Installation_Fix.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2.
|
When the File Download window appears, click Save.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The Save As window appears.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3.
|
Click Desktop as the location, then click Save.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
4.
|
On your desktop, double click Interrupted_Installation_Fix.exe.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Note: If you are using Windows Vista, right-click Interrupted_Installation_Fix.exe, then choose Run as administrator, then click Allow.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
A notification will appear after the tool has finished running.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Click OK.
|

Install your Trend Micro program.
|
