The expiry date for my Trend Micro product was not updated after I renewed my subscription

Problem Description

After renewing my subscription, the new expiry date for my Trend Micro product is not updated.

With my 15-month subscription for Trend Micro Internet Security for Dell 16.6, it says that my program is a trial version.

Solution

 

The expiration date for your Trend Micro Home and Home Office product will be automatically adjusted after your renewal order is confirmed. It may take 24–48 hours for this to reflect on your program’s Product Information page.

 

If your expiration date remains unchanged more than 48 hours after purchasing your renewal, please do the following.

 

1.

Make sure you are connected to the Internet so the program can update itself.

 

 

2.

Check the serial number found on your Order Confirmation email against the one found on your program’s Product Information page.

If the serial numbers are not a match, change the serial number so that the number on your Order Confirmation email is the same as the one in your program information.

If the serial numbers match, but your expiration date has not been updated, contact Trend Micro Technical Support via either of the following channels:

Phone Support


 

 

Make sure you have the following information on hand:

 

 

 

 

 

o 

Order number (found on the Order Confirmation email)

 

 

o 

Serial number

o

Service Tag (for Dell computers)
